A resource book of photocopiable worksheets, together with activity ideas, based on Stage 1 of the Alpha to Omega programme. the worksheets are printed in varied typefaces to make them more visually appealing. the book starts with consonant diagraphs and includes worksheets for odd words. The worksheets need to be selected carefully as some may contain words too advanced for younger spellers with a limited vocabulary. A short spelling test suitable for a child with more advanced vocabulary is set out at the beginning of the book. |
