An Administrator is required to provide a responsive and efficient administrative service. You will be responsible for maintaining day to day administrative duties including data input, taking calls, writing letters and communications, advising customers of the product range, invoicing, supporting the teaching staff, organising the office diaries and calendars, liaising with partners, providing customer service duties for Dyslexia Action Shop.
The successful candidate should have excellent telephone skills, strong interpersonal and IT skills and be both a team player and be able to work alone.
