New for Spring term 2013 is a dyslexia awareness course aimed at parents and carers which takes place in Reading.
The course compromises for seven sessions of two hours each and will cover topics such as 'What is dyslexia' as well as give you practical advice and techniques for supporting your child.
The course is a good opportunity to meet other parents and carers and share your experiences.
Sessions run Monday from 4pm - 6pm.
There will be no session on the 18th of February. Session 6 requires parents to attend with their children and participants will attend on either the 4th March OR 11th March as the group will be split in half to accommodate the extra attendees.
Venue: Earley CResCent Resource Centre, Warbler Drive, Earley, RG6 4HB.
Cost: £18 per person which includes a free learner support resource.
