Dyslexia Action is committed to making its website available to as many people as possible. Many internet users can find websites difficult to use due to the way they have been designed. We recognise that this is an important issue and are making changes to ensure our website is accessible in accordance with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) guidelines.

Resizable text

There are a number of ways to change the text size for the site. You can use the buttons below to increase or decrease the font size.

You can also adjust the settings in your browser the easiest way is to follow the following steps: (In Internet Explorer)

We use Readspeaker on most pages of our website so that you can have the pages read out to you.

Readspeaker is used on our site to help people who have difficulty reading longer pages of text.

How to use Readspeaker:

To enable Readspeak click on the button below. This will turn on the 'Listen to this page' link on all pages within the right-hand column.

It does take a few seconds before you hear the page being read to you, so please be patient. The main text on the page will be read out to you, together with the right-hand column links, but the navigation buttons and toolbars at the top of the page will not be read to you. If you have any problems using Readspeaker, please let us know.
