Thank you Kara!
23 September 2011
Kara Tointon has raised over £850 for Dyslexia Action
A big thank you to
Kara Tointon
for choosing to support
Dyslexia Action
by taking part in an endurance horse race on 18th September. Although she did not complete the daunting 33km course, Kara has done a huge amount to raise the profile of dyslexia as an important cause and to directly improve lives through her fundraising.
Dyslexia Action are incredibly grateful for her support. Kara remains an inspiration and role model to many with dyslexia and this is shown my the sheer number of donations and messages of support she received in the run up to the race.
If you would like to sponsor Kara for attempting this epic challenge, please visit her
JustGiving page
. You can also sponsor Kara via text message, using
JustTextGiving
a service by Vodafone.
All you have to do is text
KARA83
and your
donation amount
to
70070
.
You can also watch Kara Tointon's recent interview on ITV
here
where she talks about her fundraising as well as her future plans.
