End Date
06 March 2012 20:30
Location
Online
Price
£35.00
Due to the large demand by teaching professionals for up to date information on Exam Access Arrangements, we are repeating our webinar
"What's new in Access Arrangements: Extra time, transitional agreements and more"
originally held on Tuesday 6 December.
It will take place on
Tuesday, 6 March from 7 - 8.30pm GMT
and will include updates on the most recent developments since Dec 2011.
The webinar will explore this year's changes, for those who currently carry out access arrangements. The main focus, naturally, will be on the altered evidence requirements for extra time: what the regulations state, the most useful tests to administer in order to gain the formal evidence needed, and the evidence that can be compiled by schools. It will also cover the transitional agreements for pupils who have already had access arrangements earlier in their careers.
The webinar will be led by Dineke Austin, Lead Tutor for Dyslexia Action's EAA Access Arrangements course, an ex examinations officer, and specialist teacher assessor carrying out access arrangement assessments herself.
Note: This session presupposes basic familiarity with Access Arrangements.
The
attendance fee
for this webinar is
£35
payable by credit/debit card only.
The webinar is
free to all Dyslexia Guild members
.
