A session for parents of children with dyslexia to gain an understanding about the hidden learning disability and ways to support their child at home.
Who should attend?This course is aimed at parents of children with dyslexia.

Why attend?This course is given by specialists qualified in providing advice and guidance about dyslexia and other literacy difficulties.

It will give parents an insight into dyslexia, including:

  • What dyslexia is
  • How the specific learning difficulty can affect individuals
  • Practical techniques for supporting children with their literacy at home
  • Further support available

This is also a great chance to meet with other parents and share your experiences and advice.
